Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. You can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account.
Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
General Returns (All Customers)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, log in to your customer account and submit a return request.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
